Every program includes both a full gym version AND a full home version using dumbbells, resistance bands, and kettlebells. You choose what works for your life — no gym, no problem.

The Summer Shred Challenge is an intensive 8-week structured program with a specific start date, community cohort, and progressive meal + workout plan. The monthly membership is ongoing — new programming each month, no fixed dates, and the flexibility to go at your own pace.

No. All programs are built around whole, real foods. Protein shakes are not required at any tier. If you already take supplements, we'll advise on what's worth keeping — but nothing extra is required to get results.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe via Trainerize. Once payment is complete, you receive immediate access to your program and a welcome message from Coach Saul with everything you need to get started.
